Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Spain. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We ship all orders from our facility in Barcelona, Spain, via Correos. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
5. Required Documentation To ensure timely delivery, a valid phone number is required at checkout. Depending on your local customs regulations, you may also be required to provide a National ID or Tax ID number for clearance.
